What is Encor3 Elixirs™?

Encor3 Elixirs™ is a premium botanical wellness systems brand offering targeted herbal tea and capsule formulas designed for real life, real schedules, and daily ritual support. Are your products vegan?

Yes. All Encor3 Elixirs™ products are formulated with vegan-friendly ingredients. Our capsules use vegetable-based capsule shells and our teas contain no animal-derived ingredients.

Are your products third-party tested?

Do your products contain caffeine?

Our herbal teas are caffeine-free unless otherwise noted on the product label. Please review individual product pages for full ingredient details.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (free on orders $70+)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Available at checkout

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options are coming soon. Join our VIP list to be notified first.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at contact@tateentgrp.com if you need to make changes.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Opened products are not eligible for return due to the consumable nature of our products. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Our teas are a premium herbal ritual designed to complement your daily routine. Our Complete Systems pair the herbal tea with a 30-day botanical capsule supply for a full, layered wellness approach. The Complete System offers the best value and the most comprehensive daily ritual support.

What does “2-Day Sample” mean?
