These terms govern your participation in the Encor3 Elixirs™ Subscribe & Save program, Encor3 VIP™ paid membership, and Encor3 Rewards™ loyalty program. By enrolling in any of these programs, you agree to the terms below.

SUBSCRIPTIONS (Subscribe & Save)
1. How Subscriptions Work
Encor3 Elixirs™ offers recurring auto-delivery subscriptions on eligible products. When you subscribe, your selected product will be automatically shipped and billed at your chosen frequency until you cancel.
2. Available Frequencies
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 30 days
- Every 45 days
- Every 60 days
3. Subscription Discounts
Non-VIP subscribers receive 10% off eligible subscription orders. Encor3 VIP™ members receive 15% off eligible subscription orders. Discounts apply to eligible products only. Samples, gift cards, and wholesale orders are excluded. Subscription discounts do not stack with other promotional codes unless explicitly stated.
4. Billing
Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each subscription cycle. If a payment fails, your subscription may be paused until payment is resolved. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
5. Managing Your Subscription
You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal before the next order processes. Changes made after an order has been processed will apply to the following cycle.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. Cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled order. No cancellation fees apply.

MEMBERSHIPS (Encor3 VIP™ & Encor3 Rewards™)
7. Encor3 Rewards™ (Free Membership)
Encor3 Rewards™ is a free loyalty program available to all registered customers. Reward points are earned on eligible purchases and may be redeemed toward future eligible orders. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. Encor3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards program at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Encor3 VIP™ (Paid Membership)
Encor3 VIP™ is a paid recurring membership available at $9.99/month or $99.00/year. By enrolling, you authorize Encor3 to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected interval.
9. VIP Benefits
Active VIP members receive:
- 15% discount on eligible subscription orders
- 10% discount on eligible one-time purchases
- Access to Encor3 Treats™ perks when available
- Early access to new product launches
- Member-only offers and communications
- Priority restock notifications
Benefits apply only to eligible products. Samples, gift cards, and wholesale orders are excluded. Discounts do not stack with other promotional codes unless explicitly stated.
10. Encor3 Treats™
Encor3 Treats™ are surprise wellness perks, samples, gifts, and seasonal extras made available to members when offered. Treats™ vary by month and availability. Membership does not guarantee specific Treats™ items or a fixed monthly value. Treats™ are offered at Encor3's sole discretion.
11. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your VIP membership at any time before your next billing date through your customer account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Benefits remain active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused membership time unless required by applicable law.
12. Membership Billing
Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. If a payment fails, your membership benefits may be suspended until payment is resolved. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

GENERAL
13. Modifications
Encor3 reserves the right to modify pricing, benefits, frequencies, or terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes with reasonable advance notice. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
14. Termination
Encor3 reserves the right to terminate any subscription or membership for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of program benefits.
